I’m Andrew Holliday, a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator dedicated to making the home buying, selling, and investing process as seamless as possible. I hold an MBA in Finance from Embry-Riddle University and began my career in project management and property development for some of the country’s largest aerospace companies. While I gained invaluable experience there, I ultimately chose to pursue my passion for real estate full time.
My dual licensing in real estate and mortgage lending allows me to guide clients through every stage of the journey—from securing a pre-approval to closing escrow. I’ve represented a wide range of buyers and sellers and have originated numerous home loans, giving me a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the transaction.
As an active real estate investor myself, I approach each opportunity with a strategic mindset and a focus on long-term financial impact.
